The Century CQ are a nice rod.
I picked up a set of 3 nearly new (with hold all) for £300!
Then I purchased a 4th when one came up for sale and a second holdall.
Finally, I got the CQ net off EllTell on here
I was surprised how strong, yet forgiving the 9ft 3.5lb tc are.
They get used when I go to a certain stretch of river I fish...where I camp up under a road bridge.
My other river rods are 12ft and so lifting into fish meant I would hear the tip ring scraping around on the concrete/underside of the road (a horrible sound to wake up to and try to avoid doing in the dark) so I got the CQs
Prior to the CQs I got 4 x Wychwood 10ft for £160 all in...so there are cheaper or expensive options

Just seen there's someone selling a new 2lb tc Harrison 3 piece stalker on FB. It's got minima 3 leg guides and built by Roger Hurst.

Avid Carp announced over the weekend their new retractable rods called React. Two 10ft versions in 3lb and 3.5lb test curve, look very nice with minimalist graphics.

If you can find a set, the sonik insurgent recons are amazing. I have the 12ft 3.25tc version and use them everywhere now. I love how they pack down to the same size as any other 10ft retractable, but are capable of fishing 100yards+.
