with the Post Office workers Strikes and of course the Black Friday deals And pre Christmas posting EVERY PARCEL COMPANY has and is continuing to have massive overload problems so its really not the Senders fault his chosen delivery company lets him and you down we need to cut the people a bit of slack frustrating though it can be
Edit my parcel direct from Aliexpress came in 11 days one from the UK ordered a day before took 22 days but was held up at its parcel hub not by the sender

I had a similar issue Gerry, Ali Express delivery from the other side of the planet took 12 days, whereas a delivery from Dartford took 23 days. Just have to be patient, but having said that, there's no excuse for poor customer service and not returning phone calls, etc. Doesn't take a lot for them to pick up the phone.

I have done courier work before and worked it the main hubs too,I cut them more slack than most as I have witnessed it first hand.The only thing I can't accept is lying ****ers saying they have delivered and you have signed for a parcel.There should be a law against it especially when I had a driver once put a fake signature on his delivery screen,the sender sent me a picture of the signature.It wasn't until I told the courier and the sender I have cctv that the truth suddenly came out

I know it sounds daft but a lot of these foreign courier drivers dont know
in this country its common practise to have odd number one side of the street and even number on the other side
a yodel driver couple of years ago threw my parcel over the 6ft high shared garden gate between numbers 73 and 75 I live at number 74 had a terrible row as Yodel claimed it was delivered and TFT kept saying it had been delivered it was only some 2 weeks later the neighbor at 73 found the soaking wet soggy parcel and bought it over I filmed him giving it to me and explaining they hardly ever use the side gate the fishing company TFT sort of apologised yodel did not

The thing is that I have cut them some slack but when I have rang them not once have they
called me back like they said they would on at least 4 occasions now
