Your barrow sounds the same as mine, the original carp porter. The box sections are 50% thicker on my old one, 1.5mm compared to 1.0mm. I'm not sure you can get an off the shelf kit for it, but I'm sure one of the companies would be prepared to make one up. The chassis might need modifying to take the wider wheel.
One thing I forgot to mention is that carrying the front wheel of the Power porter in the car is a pain. It's just so big, with the wide wheel, a big motor hanging off one side and the battery tray on the other.

Don't totally ignore the current market offerings - I've owned a Nash Power Metro for about 18months now and apart from my being hamfisted with a battery connector on day 2 of ownership its been faultless ever since - you can pick these up used for a decent price and they are excellent bits of kit . . .being honest I would have probably bought a conversion kit if they were as tried and tested / readily available as they are now and am considering pimping my porterlite for this very reason.
All I would say is don't worry too much about rear wheels etc - unless your lake has a super flat track around it they are a bit counterproductive IMO and can make steering a pain - balance your barrow 'right' and the power will make it both effortless and manouverable . . .would never go back to sweating and pushing!

If the OP's barrow is the same as my old one I'd go along with this. On the early Carp porter's the wheel was set well back, making it easy to balance your kit so that there is minimal weight on the handles.
On my Power porter the wheel is much further forward, meaning there is always a lot more weight on the handles, making it much harder to manoeuvre when you need to lift the rear wheels. I couldn't imagine using it without the rear wheels as there would be too much weight on your arms.

Ive had numerous power versions of carp porter - I had the 12v and never missed a trick and Ive now got the all singing 24v 3 wheel big boy from prestige and that also hasnt missed a beat in the 2 years Ive had it
Im a tart and love a gadget so I have also got a nash trax metro 24v power barrow its much more streamline (mirrors my favourite non powered porter lite for size) and pulls like a train by comparison to the porter and I really like the housing for the battery however in a year Ive had more problems with that than in 10 years of using prestige (1 x controlller unit has gone and had an issue with a throttle cable) both replaced under warranty
Make of that what you will however there are a number of self kits available nowdays from companies on fb who do self fit kits and a few lads have them on my syndicate and havent had issues and if I was in the market again thats the route Id go down
