Based on your liquid package I assume you want a milky/creamy note. Fenugreek isn't any of that.
So, I would drop the fenugreek.

If you want to stay in that creamy range, maybe you could add fennel, cinnamon, anise, etc... They have a more 'sweet' nose

It's all a personal preference, so it's up to you!
100% sure fenugreek will catch you fish

Yes mate, only really because everyone else is using fish meals so wanted something different.

Want it as far removed from your average dark/red Fishmeals as possible

Nice simple yellow birdfood bait, still catch loads even today and different from your red fishmeal.
