mate its the standard way most Australian leather bush hats get shrunk if not worn for a few weeks due to the heat so thats how you resize them

Try looking for hats that you like and then finding them in l-xl size. They're rare, one size fits all is ***** when you have a mega head, trust me I've lived with one for 31 years
