Ah ok, got a couple of mates on stretches like that
Just going to enjoy Gunthorpe tbh,totally different fishing to what I'm used to on the tidal stretches further down where the fish could be anywhere. Going to fill it in and hold on 
Hope you get out yourself soon mate too
Oh, and back on topic I've ordered an undercover brolly system. Will have a look at it when it gets here!

Brolly arrived this morning. Put it up in the garden, seems really good quality.
When I picked it up I thought ‘no way is this over 10kg' so I weighed it all.
Brolly and carry bag 5kg.
Brolly, storm poles, pegs and bag 6kg.
Complete system as it came in the box inc spare ribs etc, 7.2kg.
So much lighter than advertised

Nothing unusual, an awful lot of kit doesnt weigh anything like claimed, although usually it's heavier than stated. I know Nash don't actually weigh kit ,so it's quite possible other makers don't or rarely do

They don't weigh it,they all just get told what it weighs by the factory in China knocking it out

Thats a shocking weight difference !!
and Solar`s fig of 10.5kg would be enough to put a lot of people off buying this shelter as its too heavy but for you to find its only 6kg
Solar probably would of sold a hell of a lot more if they had put the correct weights their sales manager needs sacking lol
