What would be a decent tiger nut base mix I see poacher state 50% milled tiger nuts but what else would benefit the mix. Vanilla meal?

I thought abs did custom rolls. Turns out all you can do is change the liquids not base mix ingredients

I once made the mistake of asking" if you were using this bait would you give it any tweaks?" The answer in a slightly indignant voice was"All of our baits are extensively field tested and don't need any tweaks, just use it as it is." Good enough for me.

Seems as soon as you say milled tiger nut in the base mix these custom bait makers don't want to know. Even abs. Do they use milled tiger nut or is that tiger nut flour.

Bristol... They are NOT the same thing at all. The difference is massive. Meal is 100% tigers. Flour can be as little as 60% tigers. The flour is a processed entity, sold by the sack, and profits need to be made. A sack of tigers are expensive. £60-£65 for a quality 25kg sack. They are cleaned, but eu natural. You can buy a 25kg sack of tiger nut flour for £35-£40. This is not eu natural, it's been processed, yet still sells for up to half the price nigh on of tigers that came from the ground like that, and have not been through any processes. They are no where near the same thing at all honestly. Just those sums above should make things clearer.
I would not even trust 'meal' from a supplier. These sort of things have to be done in house is the only way to ensure 100% full fat.

Any views or opinions on soaking boilies in tiger nut liquid to absorb? Presumably only good for free offerings and not hook bait.

Soaking them would absorb lots of water resulting in a very soft texture. I'm guessing that the properties of the bait wouldn't hold on the hair or screw very well when casting.
