Even though I found the linked page something didn't ring true in the back of my mind espesh as I couldn't find my products in my account, so I contacted Fox, my query
I am a end user, a shop customer. My issue, In my Fox account I set up to register my warranties I cant find any record of the products I have registered with Fox.Can you tell me where to find them in my account?

We don't do the product registration anymore. Your warranty proof is the receipt from the store as warranty cases now go through the point of purchaseBest regards,TommyCS-Operative.

OK. that's clear enough, it was 3 years ago I had the problem. Be interested to know if anyone has been through a claims process. Thanks for the info.

Warranties are generally overrated anyway and often worse than your actual consumer rights. As long as you've got proof of purchase then I wouldn't worry too much about being able to register or not.
