Unless your " matching the hatch" how important is the base mix? Surely as long as the attractors do the job then it's a hooked fish. Is it important to have a top class high protein base mix in a pop up?

Baitroom or ub baits for me, huge amount of confidence in both 👍
For buoyancy it's got to be proper job pop ups, I like there nutty maple cream

Can I throw Mark Dean Koda Pops into the mix. Rolls a good Cork ball does Mark. You can find him on Facebook and Insta.
I've used the bait room for a few years, but I think the prices are a complete joke now. £15.99 for a pot of pop ups. There is not they are quality products but I can't see how he can justify that much. I think having just seen that I will be making a change.
Has anyone tried advanced hookbaits?

Probably the worst pop ups I've had the pleasure of buying, more like a wafter

You won't be disappointed with any of them but the ting tongs are excellent
