well I have taken my brand new prestige puncture proof wheel off
and put the standard one one back on now I worked out why they were bursting so anyone with a thumb want to buy it let me know

Air is 78% nitrogen the benefit of nitrogen filled tyres is negligible. If the advised max psi on a warm day is 20 then you need to check / pump them up on a warm day to 20 psi . Not put 20 psi in them on a cold day and then leave the barrow out in the sun in the midst of summer .

Biggest advantage of nitrogen apart from less leakage would be less moisture in it.
Less water vapour limits corrosion if oxygen is present but more importantly less pressure increase with temperature as the water vapour expands.
Pumping up your tyres with a system using a water separator or on a dry day might help a bit.
