After being on the line with chefs who have clearly just done a line, they get twitchy, eyes go massive, very agitated, talking very fast generally, he I reckon had just had a strong coffee and that's just his personality now

Wayne's post was in response to mine, he was agreeing that the world is full of judgemental know-it-alls at the moment, firstly Brexit, then the election, then Coronavirus and now Nick Heleur.....
........ everyone is a chuffing expert and God help you if you dare disagree with them.....quite ironic....
