I have used many different types over the years including shrink tube but it I'm honest I think the korda and Nash kickers are spot on and actually work better than shrink tube, they are softer.

Shame here with the Korda kickers, one off the best I've used,
But also the PG tungsten kickers, just right for wafters, are as good as the Korda ones,
Not really tried any others as I find these two are all I need,
And I know the bloke said not Korda,
It's just what ones I found to be best

For spinner rigs not a fan of the korda ones and don't use a kettle to for heat shrink when changing a hook on the bank and not a fan of using a lighter

I'm now using adhesive lined heat shrink it's awesome 3:1 shrink ratio

The Korda ones are brilliant for Ronnie's imo. I prefer to put them on the hook narrow end first. Don't know if that's the normal way but they sit a lot better for me when mounted like that.

I have used the PB product long shank tungsten ones , and they do seem to make a difference on a long shank hook compared to shrink tube .Although a bit pricey they can be reused .

I don't use ronnies but surely a piece of silicon tube will do the job perfectly?
