The government quite clearly states,No non essential travel,information,says quite clearly as well,no second homes.to be visited at THIS time.,its non essential,its all over the media,Scotland, Wales,Cumbria,etc etc...not just Kernow..
Hence the hashtag thing..

Is that for every case. If someone drives to their holiday home and never leaves it and gets shopping delivered. Is that also not okay and spreading the virus?

As for lack of resource. I live in Northamptonshire. We have two hospitals for over 725,000 people (2011 consensus, it's much more than that now). I think everywhere has very limited medical resource. Rich people normally have private healthcare anyway so it wouldn't impact on the NHS much anyway?
Not a troll. But your essential and someone else's essential is likely different. Refugees flee war torn places for their safety. Apparently this virus is a war. They could claim to be refugees from the war torn London. Look outside your box, it's not ideal but think why they are doing it. I'm hardly making myself look stupid am I.
