I kinda get the why, almost a hobby within a hobby, but 9 daylight runs in 8 years. 😳

I might be under exaggerating there a tad. (63 two years ago - t'was a good year)

The music I make for videos is minimal, even plain acoustic guitar with some strings is lovely, as long as you can hear the birds, nature and atmosphere, it works.

I'm in my mid 60's so my music isn't in any way "bangin'". I think minimal is the right term (although I am an olde prog rocker so do get rather carried away at times when not attached to video)

I agree with the comment. You have to be able to hear the sounds of the outdoors and the music must not detract from that.
It also must fit in with the scenes in the film. It can add so much.

Agreed, music on the Thames vid was nice. Far better to have something like that or ambient Cocteau Twins (showing age..) type stuff than the dross on most of the vids now.

Must admit, I go fishing for some piece and quiet. I do have a radio which I play quietly to myself

Play what ever music they like on their videos for me, I tend not to watch them, there's a top for anybody who finds them annoying

TBH I grew up in the rave seen. I just don't get why you would want flat out dance, trance, rave, drum and bass on a fishing video, hardcore, yer know the score
