No piercings, no tattoos so not carpy even though I've fished for them for near on fifty years but been riding bikes for near on the same but no tatts so not really a biker either.

Definitely but noddy rode his bike unlike the modern breed the go to the local meet via the straightest route and sit there all day talking bullshine about how powerful and fast their bike is.

Unless it's absolutely essential(I'd need a very good explanation as to why it's essential). Then it's just a posers paradise or more likely a fools paradise. Certainly not something i would ever do. My rods and set up were being insulted 40 years ago and i still don't care.

I remember fishing a big pit (sounds carpy already doesn't it) about 20 years ago before it hit the press....I think the phrase now is ‘off the radar'.
Anyway nobody was carping this place, despite the monster myths.
Only one guy even seemed to fish there and he was there a LOT. He had a shocking set up....single sticks and clearly pike fishing, judging by his drop-off indicators and reams of forceps.
You know where this is going don't you. Mr Piker was a carper. A very successful one who became a mate. The awful set up was just one of his fantastic blinds.
