I might have to do mine, I did put three rows of webbing under the middle section but it's not great.
Did you totally remove the elastic and replace with paracord?
The material on mine sags quite a bit, waiting for the seams to go!

I removed the elastic in the middle section and replaced that with paracord but i left the foot and head section as elastic

Good quality 4mm para cord has a breaking strain of
250 kg/500lb approx so multiple strands in a bed chair should support an elephant. The bed will disintegrate before the cord snaps. I shouldn't worry.
