I'm on a water with barely any fish in it,less than ten,is it worth fishing this weekend assuming they have spawned In the last couple of days? Or will it not be right to fish for them so soon?

A bit of a wierd one isn't it, folk think nothing of fishing for them right up to the minute they spawn when they're potentially at there most fragile, but afterwards....hmm
Doesn't sound like your water fits into the category of being easy, and the 'worth' is in the eye of the beholder, for me it'd be worth it just to sit there in this glorious weather.
As with everything personal choice, do what you thinks right

Don't know about where you live but I wouldn't of wanted to be in a bivvy with those thunderstorms. Had a couple of really close strikes, car alarms going off and the firebrigade went past 10 mins ago!....nasty.

I’m out on a stretch of canal till Saturday after a 30 that’s in here apparently,they have spawned and I was awake till 1:30 am watching the thunder and lightning in the distance

Thanks mate the stretch I’m on is between 2 bridges and the whole canal goes almost 14 miles between locks biggest I had out was 7 years ago this week at 32 and there’s 2 more at least in here,apparently this stretch has done a 31 recently and has a few 20’s as well,this canal goes all the way back in to my town centre so it’s like a needle in a hay stack luckily I’ve put bait in the day I was going as it’s not far from my house.

No downpours and 30 degrees all week, so times that by 2 with the glare from the lake!!! Mozzies feasted on me all week as well. All spawned out. Was hard but managed a few. The big girls where on holiday!
Deeper was excellent after a couple of issues. Pricey but can well recommend. Deffo check Youtube for vids regarding calibrating etc. Also found one that showed how to remove the hopper divider which was very handy.
