Having a bit of a nightmare with Ali express. I opened a dispute, where I was told to go and collect it, but couldn't tell me where from. Now they are telling me to return the item I haven't received by 13-02-23, with no option to respond except for me to to give the name of the carrier and tracking number I'm sending it back with.
Had a message conversation with Ali Express customer service. Their first response was that I had to get proof it wasn't delivered. Eventually they confirmed the tracking number I'd been given was invalid. The conversation finished by them telling me I'd have to wait until the dispute finished and contact them again.

Check my earlier post where I got to 'speak' to customer services. There is a YT clip showing how you can bypass the usual customer service page and get the issue resolved. Got my refund within 48hrs of sorting it by this way.

Ahh, missunderstood you there. Sounds like what I went through this morning. I've kept a copy of the "conversation" and have been given a conversation ID number, so at least I can reference it when I get back in touch.

Looking at this, my power pack made it to the UK before tracking information dried up. Current legislation prohibits the postage of batteries within the UK without the correct labeling and protection. Do you think this could be the reason why we haven't had these?

Had the same with mine - but never turned up. I'm guessing that they were not sent. Claimed a refund via Paypal.
