Go into your orders, select the order for this, then open order details and there should be an option "open dispute"

Thanks, found it, and have opened dispute. It seems the seller has until 05-02-23 to respond.

I opened a dispute and they told me to wait. I rejected this and then they told me my package was ready to be collected. I asked where am i supposed to pick it up from as there is no longer any tracking information. I rejected again and received my refund within 2 days.
I've just been refunded. I have had deliveries from ALi express on several items within the allotted time. But I have now had a couple no shows. TBF the refunds are straightforward and you do get the money back less pennies for delivery costs. I've just ordered a smart watch that I've seen selling for over £200 and picked it up for £10. I will wait with trepidation...
Are you guys gettng an email confirmation when refund processed or do you just keep chwcking for updates?

Still waiting for refund should have been delivered 20-1 -23 .Got to talk to someone at ali ,they told me as i had put a dispute in with Paypal there was nothing they could do ,but if i was too cancel dispute and wait 7 days they might be able to help .Waiting for reply from Paypal .
Has anyone else had loads of spam e-mails since attempting to buy this ,i must get at least 6 a day never had one before ,me thinks they have sold my e-mail address .

I've never had to request a refund or had any other kind of issue when buying online so was pleasantly surprised when I went on PayPal, clicked the 'I haven't received this item' button and the money was refunded in approximately 2 seconds with no questions!
And yes, I also receive a significant amount of daily spam emails since I placed my order in November, I mark them all as spam but they keep coming

I'm keeping my account for time being. I needed something not fishing related, I couldn't find it in the UK so bought on Aliexpress dirt cheap and it came within two weeks.
I get one email a day sometimes two, I can handle that.

Surely with all companies you have to ask for a refund?
I'll give you an example ebay, if your item doesn't turn up you open a dispute and if it's not sorted you get a refund.
Only time I can think you don't have to ask is when you place an order with a company and it's not in stock.
