When Starmer turned up to show his respect as he got out of his V8 Range Rover he got heckled by the crowds and quickly got back in his car and was driven off.

Starmer got out of his car with a wreath of flowers, got heckled, lay the flowers on the ground, got heckled more and got back into his car. Doesn't sound particularly contentious to me.
There's zero evidence that flick nice man incited anything at all. Stop trying to make excuses for racist, brainless scum.
