Yep, instead of points systems for immigration countries will be offering incentives for working age migrants. Who pays taxes to care for the huge old age population, who cares for them even. AI and robotics will have to take lots of jobs that populations can't fill etc. Sub Saharan Africa population will treble over this time so that's where your working population will come from. Putting incentives in place for people to have more children is a tricky proposition and bound to face opposition as does immigration.
