My Vass Tex 350 lightweight jobbies are ok - the boots themselves are quite low and I always go a size up so I can wear thicker socks etc - this makes access easier in the summer.

Met the owner randomly on a business seminar and he seems to have lots of happy customers . . .
Alternatively if you want to be super speed (eg fishing days) why not try some cheap breathables with stocking feet / wading boots that you can wear all day - I bought these for my summer river sessions where I'm standing in it all day - great value for the £

Contrary to normal advice, size down on the boots tho - they are mahoosive!

I like the Trakker N2 waders because they're made from a lightweight supple material which makes them easy to roll down over the boots. As they're not stiff they're really easy to pull up once you get a take.
Obviously go for a bigger size.
Also, they're only £65 and they're the lightest waders I could find at 2.35kg.

How are those for getting your feet in initially? My old waders the boots are closed at the top so you have to faff opening them to get your feet in.

Can't fault the Vass lightweight waders low boot so easier to get on and off, comfortable and no to hot mainly use mine where l need to wader out abit to cast and land fish duo to been tree lined and swallow margins so they stay on a lot, think you can still get these direct from Vass for £67 so not to bad.

Trakker N2 have a 'full' boot I think which will def make them more tricky to get on and off - Vass wader boot is short (like an ankle boot) . . .

For me the breathable Fortis waders are pretty good re getting on quickly. But not as quick to slip into as cheapo Vass waders. However the Fortis are so comfortable and breathable that I'm more than happy to wear them for extended periods.

Hi Wayne don't know your size but on the Vass website under clearance section they've got the Vass-Tec 350E lightweight waders in size 6 7 8 9 11 & 13 £67 hope that helps these are the ones l got

The best thing I've bought for a long time was the Nash wader horns. Best £10 I've spent. Tried the wadeez things they're crap in comparison. Add the Nash things to any waders will dramatically improve access.
That's 2 good bits of gear Nash do now along with the bushwhacker.
