Anyone got any contact details for x-line direct?
When it first came out you used to buy direct and could get 1000m spools of line from them instead of the 250 or 600m available now.

Ps for anyone else's benefit they were not interested in doing any other length spools, not that the guy seemed very interested in anything on the call lol.

Certainly one way of reducing your audience if people can't buy the amount of line they need.

You could try approaching companies like Seagur and put the questions to them.
Sounds like x-line have given Gardner the exclusive option and are resting on their laurels.
Talking of Gardner, I guess Cash never did get round to marketing that cheese board.

It's x line I wanted as had used it for years since it first came out, recently moved to Berkley cf600 but had some issues with it so was going back to x line. But I won't if I have to buy a 600m spool and have around 200m left over. (I will not use backing)

That's uncalled for mate. The guy made a valid point. It saves the reader the hassle of calling Seagur/Gardner to enquire about X-Line. No need to attack him for it.

Seagur produce flouro for other retailers to rebadge and sell on under their own label, I'll stop short of calling them market leaders because I don't know but they're up there.
Their product is world class, if anyone could help,its Seagur.
That other poster on whose behalf you're offended for can and does make sarky comments but guess what, I don't break down about it. Guess it's a generation thing.
