So a few months ago I bought some stuff to start making leads for myself and friends. I do sell some but I'm not pushing it to the big lead making pages quantities.
But my question today is where can I find my own supply of lead loops, big eyed swivels etc? I'm currently buying from another seller (who is obviously making money from my purchase) I don't mind purchasing them but if I can save myself money then obviously I'd like to.
I've exhausted hours into searching and can't seem to find them cheaper than this guy that sells them to me.

No that's actually quite expensive.
The cheapest I can get 1000 for is £24.50. But this is through another seller. So he must be making money on them too. I want to try and avoid the middle man.

That seems a pretty good price. I think you might have to look to importing them direct from China in large quantities, to beat it. Have you tried Ali express?

That's about what I payed for my last lot swivels and loops about the same price think it was just under £50 for a thousand of each I no I got sum coatings as well but I ordered over the phone and he definitely nicked a few quid off what the price was on internet

They've gone up along with every thing else think I paid £48 at start of the year he's definitely worth ringing i had a load of coating as well and I'm shure he nocked a bit off it all like all ready said posts next day Royal Mail

Just been reading this thread and have a slightly off topic question to anyone who makes their own leads... I have never looked into making leads but wondered how much benefit there is in it. I usually pay 80p - 90p each for leads up to 3oz (swivel & In-Line) off of a FB page which are off good quality. I'm happy paying this price but wondered out of curiosity what it's costing you in material/gas costs to make them yourself on a non-commerical setup?
