I've just casually been looking online at boilies and realised how expensive they are now. ( I usually buy deals )
Even the smaller bait companies seem to be charging a premium now.
What are peoples go to boilie when they have to pay out quite a bit of £££ ?

The DNA 20kg for £135 inc post and hookbaits/liquid deal is pretty hard to beat for a respectable low cost bait.

I'm on the bug this year but slk is a really good bait my brother rates the DNA pellets and betaine liquid highly and he's a tiddler basher

It's not really that cheap though and I'm not pointing fingers at this seller, but some little firms won't be paying tax. Some don't even send the bait people have paid for

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING ,IF I HADNT BROUGHT THIS GUYS BAIT AND TESTED IT THEN I WOULDNT SAY IT WAS GOOD IF IT WASNT AND REGARDS TO HIS POSTAGE ITS ONE OF THE BEST I USED HIS BAITS ALL LAST YEAR AND CAUGHT VERY WELL ON IT AND I WENT TO A FEW DIFFERANT VENUES AS IM A MEMEBR ON PRINCE ALBERT SO USE ALOT OF THERE WATERS.
REGARDS TO HIS BAIT NOT BEING THAT CHEAP THEN SHOW ME WERE IS BETTER LOL

The cheap price kinda proves it's far from brilliant. Once profit ,postage and eBay fees are deducted the cost to produce this bait is pennies, and you just can't make good quality baits for pennies. You can make something that will catch fish ,but good quality it ain't

Use to be on mainline cell exclusively. Took a chance on DNA baits a month or so ago and been doing really well on it. As others been on the bug very good bait at less then half the price of mainline.
Certainly will be continuing using DNA going forward
