Hi seriously considering one of these am I right in thinking with the over wrap on it will be more sturdy in rougher conditions?

I have both tempest and fast and light with wrap both very good I prefer the fast n light.

Just sold my tempest air mk2 for one of them don't rate the tempest the to heavy

Very stable with the overwrap on.

Don't overlook the cyprinius version, great bit of kit and you'll save a fortune compared to the Aqua.

I got the Cyprinus mk3 version in the auction for £102 it is top quality for the money. The material is very thick and ideal for overnighters and tight swims.

Is a fast and light,either versions,bigger or similar sizing to a Whychwood MHr compact,the one that's sadly discontinued..

Anyone know ?

I have a Cyprinus fast and light, the mk2 with the space saver ribs.

Apart from the groundsheet it is identical to the Aqua. Have compared it side by side to a pals

Selling mine as I prefer the tempest brolly.

The wychwood is more compact than the fast and light,I use mine for days on my own plenty of room and it fits in the side pocket of my rod bag. If my lad come with me I take the fast and light,it gives you a bit more room for two chairs and it's a bit bulkier than the wychwood,but you get a bit more coverage at the front.

My favourite ever add was on the old Cemex site just after this came out.

Got a cyprinus with overwrap, sturdier with the wrap on but still decent with some storm poles on the front and down low. It's the only shelter I use now

Been looking at the Mhr mk 2 seems like a very good system and very well thought out! 👍 lot less money as well
