Did you pay for it? I never had any problems in the past but not he just reads my messages on WhatsApp and ignores them

No I never paid, I've always just paid balance once order was ready to be shipped with Graeme. Hope he hasn't packed it in.

He could let customers know if he's packed up,I had great service from him but this is piss poor imo.

I text a number of times even rang about a full mobile system never got a reply back. Gave up after a few months of trying.

I had a similar experience with a query about the Dymag Mobile system in November last year.
I made an initial email enquiry in early November, got a response a few weeks later asking which option I wanted. I responded, but heard no more, despite a few follow up emails and a call from me.
Something is obviously amiss, but I'm clueless as to what ...

One man band who clearly can't keep up with the demand which I can imagine with this lockdown and meant many more anglers treating themselves more to custom gear.
Be it custom rods, custom reels we've all experienced longer waits when dealing with small / sole traders.
Also I can imagine parts / materials on longer lead times.
He's probably as we speak head down trying to complete orders .
If he doesn't respond lots of other companies you can go to.

and its just a materials supply issue think people need to realise he is just a 1 man band outfit and maybe he is just simply overwhelmed
must be literally hundreds or even thousands of people trying to contact him especially all the extra caused by people being furloughed and not at work he may be struggling to get materials himself

I think theres a bit more to it than that. I spoke to him in November over the phone and he had a few issues outside of work. But he did agree to complete an order for me personally, what's gone on after that I don't know but hopefully he is keeping well, could be materials, could be life problems, who knows. I'd sooner wait till it's an impossible to see if I can get the bits rather than use anything else.

Im not trying to defend Graeme as his communication skills leave alot to be desired but.
1. Graeme has other business interests outside of fishing.
2.The lockdown has affected people in different ways some wont ever be the same again.
3.If you have companies like Harrison and century struggling for materials then us one man bands as you put it are way down the list.
4.Getting blanks used to take 10 days on average from both Harrison and century its now more like 12 week if you are lucky.
5 .Graeme could be ill either physically or mentally , i really dont know .
If you have repeatedly tried to contact him and he is,nt answering (he did,nt answer me either )then obviously something is not right and constantly badgering him wont solve this , its frustrating i know but thats the way it is .In a week were we have lost a fellow angler i feel we all need to be a little forgiving and patient.

No one knows what another person's life is like,I'll give an example...
So one of the staff members where I work was considered lazy,slow,rubbish at her job,overweight etc,etc..even her husband, who works here moaned about her..
During lockdown,she put on loads of weight,..today I hear she ,as from yesterday,diagnosed with a brain tumour..
Makes,everything in perspective..makes one think..
This covid thing has ruined many,mentally ,physically what ever,I don't judge ..I try not to..!
