ridgemonkey and a small saucepan.
mcaines microwave chips go crispy in the ridge, those with a steak and you're well away, tasty and easy to prep.
i normally just make my food at home and reheat in the ridgemonkey, for me its easier. less rubbish eaten on the bank and i find I'm always fuller after a home cooked meal.
curry and rice is easy also, microwave rice pouch in a pan with a touch of water get it really hot then cover and leave to steam. curry obviously reheat.
also any toasties in the ridgemonkey are boss, i use my ridge for this in the house

If I'm fishing overnighters by myself I don't bother with hot food once the weather warms up a bit. Just a sandwich and some snacks. Still take the kettle for brews, and a porridge pot for breakfast.
Its nice not to have to worry about taking everything but the kitchen sink.

All I take is the ridgemonkey xl toaster and a cook set from fox, I don't take the frying pan but I do take the kettle and saucepan. The letter fits inside the saucepans which saves space

When the wife cooks she always does extra which is frozen in tubs so I always eat well. For things like lasagne, once frozen I pop the portion out of the tub and then vacuum pack it so it becomes a boil in the bag meal. No need to eat like a spotty teenager, unless you are one.
