Has anyone recently ordered anything from Total Fishing Tackles ebay shop?
I ordered a few bits from them at the end of Feb, parcel was dispatched with tracking number so kept my eye on it and parcel was due for delivery 4th March, parcel never turned up and tracking was updated to “This returned package requires an export invoice for duty relief”
Anyone else had same thing? As last time I checked you didn't need to export from Essex to Kent 😂😂

I've been in touch with them and all they can say is they are waiting to hear from UPS. Was just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing and if/how it was resolved

I've used it quite a bit in the past as you can buy one or two bits for free postage. NEver had an issue but seems like I'm in the minority!

Something has obviously gone wrong.
They are usually quite good at resolving problems in my experience.
But as a precaution i would "open a case" with Ebay to ensure the situation gets the attention it deserves.

I had an issue with an item over the last few weeks, apparently a batch of parcels were collected by ups but didnt get registered on the system at the ups depot or something, I had to wait for them to locate it and return it to tft where it was despatched back to me with different tracking so alls well that ends well, your post reminded me as the dates coincide. I panicked for a while as it was a rather expensive item but the guy at tft did great in sorting it out for me. May be a totally different issue so ignore me if so!

I normally use TFT for most of my stuff but normally from their website. Think this is the first time I've ordered from their eBay store or if I have in the past it's only been a single small item. This order was for about £1250 so I'm hoping it turns up soon 😂
