Any recommendations on best leadfree leader material please . Heaviest and most supple ideally.

In my experience (which is fairly limited!) I suggest Fox for density, Gardner for suppleness. Both are easy to splice, especially if you use a bobbin threader or the Fox Splicing Needle, which is in effect a bobbin threader with a nice handle! Overall I prefer the Gardner version, primarily because it is more supple and can be used as a hooklink as well as a leader.

By a mile is the Rigmarole LinkteQ . Splices superbly, sinks like a stone and crazy supple.

found the fox stuff leaks the dye massively when splicing it, not sure if it makes any difference in the water not noticed it as I have caught plenty of fish using it

As Ken said fox for the density, I use it for my leaders mainly and avid for hook links on certain rigs. The avid is thinner and slightly more supple but I'm not sure it makes any difference to the way it lays on the lake bed when both are wet.

never had this issue with mine to be honest

First spool of this stuff i bought was the Nash one, Cling On i think its called. Its done everything ive wanted it to so havent felt the need to try any others

Just got a spool of the latest 65lb Camflex and on first impressions it is going to be a goodie!
