Cyprinus don't manufacture though I believe, they merely import the product and sell it on.
Aqua Products of old were designing and hand making their designs in the UK but when they couldn't keep up with demand tracker filled the void with mass produced product made under licence from aqua. When aqua first went too China they tried to kid us the product was still made in the UK, having laid off their UK workforce to now be having their product ripped off seems fair to me and I only wish someone would do the same with Dyson.

They confirmed to me they are working on a quick erect bivvy. I will wait for them to release it and then decide to go with it or a Tempest.

Took a new Aqua cool bag out today for its 1st outing..Zip came away from the lid in two places..FFS
Too much hassle sending it back,so as I can sew I'll be re-sewing it.I know it will last now..
Gonna let Aqua know I'm not happy tho..

Aqua 3 Rod Hold-all purchased 18-24 months ago no issues. Aqua food bag purchased same sort of time no issues, in fact I replaced all my luggage with Aqua 5-6 months ago no issues as of yet. I also have a Cyprinus Base bivvy £109 brand new off EBay which has been bomb proof. Either I've been lucky or some people have ended up with the trainee's Friday afternoon efforts.

Agree 100%

Firms that offshore their manufacturing to the lowest bidder in a low wage country with no intellectual property rights and then complain about copying get what they deserve.

For anyone who is interested in these bivvies; just chatted to them via Facebook Messenger. This bivvy will be released around September and they say it will be better than the Trakker Tempests.

They are hardly going to say its inferior !!

I have 2 Cyprinus Bivvys and they are good ... I also have a tempest V2 and thats very very good .... For what Cypinrus gear costs its great value but not better currently
