I got offered it buddy. But after watching some videos / blogs of lads drunk holding fish with crates behind them It was enough not to join.

I'm on Fosters and its def NOT as you describe on the Manor Complex at any rate - Darren / Richard run a tight ship; good angler vetting policy / secure / otter fenced / good stocking policies / no silly rules / good eco facilities / extremely well maintained / friendly bailiffs / good set of lads no bitching . . . .think you've made an error there chap lol . . .either that or you didnt actually get in . . .

I got offered the ticket so not sure about no getting in. And the vlogs are there to be seen. Maybe I just watched a bad few videos but it certainly put me off

Never seen the vids - do you have links? As I said have been on the Manor for a while now and have NEVER witnessed any activity like you describe . . .there's a lot of baliffs on the water who fish it throughout the week / over the weekend (there's always at least one fishing) so even if it was to occur it would be shut down pretty rapidly . . .

I've certainly got no reason to make it up mate. Got absolute zero against the place and like I said maybe it was a bad example video. And it may be an old one. I'll try find it on YouTube again.
I got offered to walk it with the Bayliff to make sure I was happy 1st.

Got 2 in the end a winter ticket and an all year one but the all year allowes bait boats come November so I'll drop off then

If you're not a fan of bait boats that is one very good reason to avoid Fosters Manor - they are extensively used on what are small lakes.

Massively. They're used for reasons they don't need to be on to many waters. I own one and use it for areas I can't cast but safely. Like over hanging trees. But mines likely to have been used 3 times in the last 18 months

The ones a local ticket I've dropped on buddy. But I'll only use it for winter as it's got good form. Only 7 night tickets available and I got lucky as someone just dropped off

That's not a reason to avoid Fosters - have you ever fished it? A few of the lads don't use boats by choice; that's their choice. Have never witnessed any swim rights issues with other boat users - most of the known spots on most of the lakes are indeed castable - however that doesn't mean you shouldn't use one! Its a solid well managed members water - and if you've never fished it your not really in a position to comment . . .

There is videos online of a water in the club I'm in,the member has broken a few rules in the video.It will be interesting to see if the club do anything about it

That's the lake I'm on and it has the longest waiting list - it's full of nooks and crannys and can be v moody at times; bait boats are mainly used for stealth as constant casting can see them disappear for days . . .each to their own!
