Has anybody used this particle company? I placed an order two weeks ago for almost 100kg and haven't had any response from them at all. I've checked my account and the money has been taken. There's no phone number to contact and the emails I've sent asking for an update haven't been responded to.

Looks like it's connected to monster particles if you Google reviews for impact you will see they both had a lane in sleighford under both names at some point

Keep commenting on their Facebook posts about it. I've seen they tend to reply on there as it's not a good look for them.

I will do mate as it's being delivered soon as I've had a confirmation already(only ordered last night)going down the dark bait route hemp,pellets and dark fish meal glugged as the lake is shallow in areas and swans can kneck the bait and also other bird life so it's going out in my bait boat.

First class service and particles love the maize hemp and tigers mix. Also use their dry particles again clean and good quality use with confidence

Well the bait had been delivered today so far impressed with how quick they delivered
Just opened the bag up and one of the 5 kilo bag's has split at the top luckily most of it had gone in the bag it was sent in but some on table,I've took pictures and sent it to them maybe bags or seal not strong enough for weight of item going out

Lesson learnt. Never use impact again. The phone numbers people suggested don't work and I don't have social media to reach out.
Got a response last week after almost a week of waiting to say they'd be here today. Guess what they didn't turn up again

It's funny as the ‘new owner' said they'd be nothing like monster and not do the deals, etc. yet it's operating exactly the same.

To sum up - only 15kg out of the 80kg order turned up. Impact particles and DHL between them can now not locate the missing 65kg.
A claim with PayPal has been issued against this company for a full refund.
Word to anybody ordering particles. Stay away from this circus of a company and it's clown of a director Ryen John Williscroft
For anyone who may be in a predicament waiting for bait and struggling to get hold of this prat, his personal address is 6 Flaxley Road, Rugeley, England, WS15 1LY
Before anyone asks it's readily available on companies house due to being a limited company and is therefore public knowledge. If the guy doesn't want to provide a phone number to customers or call them himself then surely a visit to his property is fair game

That's why I went with carbon baits instead again not far from me and turned up on time too,only issue was the delivery company must have thrown parcel onto floor and one bag popped,I did message them with pictures but he only replied to say too busy to respond not after compensation just wanted to let him know about the way the delivery company handles their items,, I wasn't be the only one.

Went to carbon baits after an issue with the clowns at Monster/Impluse. Far better quality.
