Has anyone used one of these landing net. They look very nice but are they any good? There's some good discounts on them at the moment. Thanks

Discounted for a reason.

Brought a discounted one and really like it. Just think people aren't interested in the name Aqua anymore. For £80-£90 it's a brilliant net.

Thanks for the replies. Are the arms fairly easy to get in and out. I had a trakker EQ but that was a nightmare. Snapped the end off the handle just below the spreader block.

I dont know about the atom but on most nets it's more down to technique. My Nash net is apparently difficult to get the arms out but if you wedge your forearm between the arms it comes apart very easily..

I have the atom and it's a funny shape compared to other 42” nets, the arm length is shorter, but opens up wider. I've not had issues landing anything in it tho. Nice net and well built.

I have a spare handle for an EQ if you want it. what diameter arms does it take, as I'm 99.99% sure there was different diameters? Welcome to collect , or if too far away, just pay the postage.

Thanks for the offer, it's very kind of you but I did manage to get a spare but I've since sold the whole net. I'm currently using a Sonik net but it's not very rigid especially when it's wet. Just looking for something a bit better although I don't want to pay silly money.

I think the arms are really easy to get in and out of the spreader. Easiest net i've had.

Good net,could be discounted as Aqua will be due a relaunch of products in next few months

Bargain at that price, the pole is light and slim, decent net.

I ordered the one piece but the two piece is only £10 more

Hi, did order & have received the 2 piece handle one.
But not sure of the benifits of one piece or 2 piece.
One reason i ordered 2 piece, was fishing platforms, could split handle, grab net & lift out fish onto mat. Rather than put elbow in net & remove arms.
Not got good legs, so trying to save a soaking.
Does spreader block screw off, certainly seems very tight.
Got a Sonik SK Net, compared in the house, atom seems maybe slightly better, but not by much. One negative, Aqua Atom net bag not the best, Sonik one certainly better.

O ordered a couple more things to get to £100.
Then used code off Voucher Flyer i got with my last order ' TFTFLYER10' spend £100.
Got 10% off whole order.

The spreader on the Aqua net doesn't unscrew (as far as I know!)
