I am after a decent cool bag one for my food and another for bait I have used the polar Nash cool bags for the past few years which are good for 48hrs just want something to last 72hrs without defrosting a cool box is too bulky to take on the barrow

As gerry says you wont find any cool bag that will keep stuff frozen for 3 days, you will have to get a really good cool box.

Had a look at these last week in Angling Direct. Look the same as all of the others out there, no real difference I could see in the insulation. I think the best value for money one that's got a few natty twists to it is the gigantic one that Nash do, far too big for me.
I'm after one that doesn't leak. Got fed up with my particles leaking through my Trakker cool bag. I think the only solution is one of those plastic bag/container things that they're all doing, you know, like Korda's compac range.
To the O.P, think you'll have to get a proper cooler. A guy I know has one that's battery powered, literal ice cold ❄️

If you buy a good electric one yes. Few years ago on a France trip I had my Igloo and my mate had a 12v box, we chucked a load of beers I to them when we got back from the shop, within an hour the ones in my box were ice cold (we'd been there 2 days already)whereas his plug in job had barely started to cool them down.

The one I have is like the korda compac range,it's not the material one.Its got thick insulation all around it and a airtight zip.The normal material korda one does look like most others but the Korda Compac Cooler does not

Could you put a link up? The ones I looked at had the name you mention, there was even an area manager type getting a young sonny to go back and forwards to the store room to get the different ones out.to show me. The ones I looked at were material like all others sell.

If they are like the yeti then far too heavy for what I need one for,I only fish 48hrs and the korda fits everything I need and easily keeps everything cold enough.I like the shoulder strap on the korda and how comfy it is to carry

For what you and I do, that being just 48hrs, the Korda cooler looks plenty tidy. It's peeked my interest.
They are what they are, although I'd much preferred it if they'd made it longer instead of the height that it is and with a pouch on the side for hookbaits. I think the height of it is too tall and wouldn't slot under a bedchair like my Trakker one does.

I already have a 40L icey tek but it's too big and bulky to start lugging around as it's a good half a mile from the car park to the lake

If you are doing 3 nights can't you just do an extra trip? Or just load you or barrow a bit better? I'd rather have nice fresh food than half warm stuff from a bag

I've used the Korda bag for around 3 months now and at this time of year you will only get 12 hours out of it before things start thawing out.
It will keep your food cold and fresh for 3 days but do not think for a minute it will keep stuff frozen because it won't.
I use two Icey tek freezer blocks and also a frozen bottle of water in the bag and none of them stay frozen over the 12 hours as I said before.
Friend of mine keeps his bait frozen for 48 hours by packing it tightly into a polystyrene box and then into an icey tek box and tapes up the lid.
Not sure if it was on the video but a couple of guys on Kevin Ellis last video were covering there boxes in a foil backed roof insulation material which really worked apparently so much so that Kevin is having bags made from a similar material that his cool boxes will sit inside of.
I saw photo of prototype yesterday and they look pretty good.

Is the stuff called super 10? I lined a bivvy over wrap with that stuff

Nash polar cool bag if you can find one,best I've used
Incidentally I freeze small cartons of custard much better than water or ice blocks and if I use bagged ice cubes from the supermarket I pour salt over it give it a shake as it makes it colder,don't ask me the science behind it but it works

Yes , I have the speero one that also takes your cooking gear . It's plenty good enough for my 48/72 hrs . As said with most other don't expect them to keep frozen all this time as they won't but a slow thaw does me . 👍
