Moving into a new place, in which I won't be able to have a secure shed so all gear will be stored indoors.
Anyone got any space saving/storage hacks that can reduce the space needed?
Currently going to line a cupboard with some garage style shelving, but anything else would be a real help

Jack the bed up with bricks, and you will have more available space for storing stuff underneath.

I've got a couple of these in my garage for bits I don't use regularly etc however they swallow a lot of 'stuff' so could be good for you - cheap for the price and they do various sizes (110l / 145l) They also stack which is handy and you can drag them like a roller suitcase etc

If you have a spare bedroom buy an Ottoman bed, the whole thing lifts on struts, you can store loads inside one of these.
We stuck new ones in the spare bedrooms to store the grandkids toys, loads of space that goes unused in a normal bed.

They look a good find Chris, may have to invest in a couple of those at some point.
You can also use them outdoor Keter storage boxes. You can secure to a wall and pick them up second hand off Facebook Marketplace.

I'm surprised you have not been talented spotted by JRC!!!!!
That logic is totally wrong. If you recall, JRC brought out the Terry Hearn Stealth bed which was very low and created a lot more space in your bivvy so the said.
I bought one, when I put my Fox F box double sided tackle box underneath, my bed sagged enough for me to be laying on the tackle box. About the only space it saved was above the bed which was as much use as a chocolate fireguard unless you could hang your bags from the roof of your bivvy.

They are ok until they get any heat in the summer on them,the lids go out of shape and then slugs can find there way in

Generally, unless you're moving to a yurt, I just recommend keeping things in square tubs, preferably stackable, if you're looking for solutions for bigger items like brollies rods and carryalls under stair storage can work.
One friend created an elaborate "bivvy hammock" under there dining room table
for single rod storage walls are your friend, you can make frames to hold up to ten rods fairly easily, if people ask, its modern art
