Now that the pubs are back open who are going back into them ? One pub near me is booked up for next 5 weeks. Another one you get an hour and a half slot. I use to go to the pub most days before the lock down . To be honest I don't miss going to the pubs. It was more of a habbit going for a beer after work. And when I was bord at home at weekend I'd go to pub. I like a beer. But I don't have any interest in going back to the pub now that are open. I'd rather have a beer at home or a couple when fishing. I've saved loads of money buy having a few at home

I can't wait see the news tomorrow,it will all go tits up tonight and then the next spike and lockdown will begin.I have not missed it at all and don't intend to rush back

I'm going to wait for the inevitable fuss to subside and then wander in. I only have a pint and it's usually just me, the landlady and maybe 1 or two other blokes who come in at the same time each night for a quiet drink and a chat.

It'll be nice to catch up with them, but I'm in no rush....

Was nice and quiet round my way but I did hear of a scrap at one place in town before lunchtime....

loads of cop cars steaming about around my way, helicopter in the air also, back to normal in Essex.

BBC full of criticism, SOHO and the likes but where was their outrage with the BLM protests. Apparently for a cause the rules go out of the window!

All quiet around my way actually less sirens along the A2 but they were probably in the main towns.

When you see those Police, Camera, Action type of programmes supposedly that's typical of Saturday nights in certain towns?

Around my way that's exactly the way it's happening with publican's being very strict and looking after their employees whilst there's minimal advice on effective PPE.

I ventured out last night to a local, thought I'd watch Spurs v Everton thought it'd be a good game. Must have had lockdown syndrome forgetting Mr Anti footy was now at Spurs. They had a sign a bottle of sanitiser and book and pen in the door at the entrance. You had to put your details in the book on entrance. Directly above me was a Mr P L Onker and further up a Mr R Sole. I knew who they were as they were still there so asked wtf did you put that for? The answer was I don't have to fill anything in going to ASDA Tesco and B&Q where there's more people so why here. What can you do.

that must be the case in hundreds of pubs - if they are even doing it at all. again, the buck has been passed, this time to publicans who are over a barrel (no pun intended).
