Sorry, no, even in spring as well.
I do have to go with what I can get at the lowest price, but even now in May, 17⁰C, Coleman are needing a warm water footsoak.
My preference is definitely for the Primus and GoSystem.
I have just had a proper search on eBay, sadly there are no ongoing deals at the moment.

While they are not my favourite there is currently an offer on ebay for Coleman gas at:

Thank you, perfect timing.
Just cleared my old van out as I had to give it back, I found 12 nearly empty canisters in the back. When they start running low I have a bad habit of sticking it in the van for emergencies and picking up a fresh one. So I don't have to carry 2

Mate, You are welcome.
I ordered mine yesterday while fishing, arrived today when I got back.
I'm slightly different, I leave the used one in my rucksack, and put a fresh canister in as soon as I get home, so I do have the two in there. If the used canister is still quite full, I do Sharpie mark it so I know which is which.
I normally end up going onto the second canister on day 4 of a 5 day session.

Wish I'd seen this thread before, got 12 Coleman c500s for £46 delivered on the bay thinking that was a mega deal but it's starting to cool now so maybe I shouldn't gone for the cheapest. I thought a can of gas was a can of gas! Long time petrol user, only just converted over to gas this summer and have been loving it tbh.

Winfield Outdoors are doing the Go System Powersource 445G Butane Propane Gas Cartridges at a good price, just ordered 6 and works out about a fiver each delivered

The best price I could find. Longtime Coleman gas user, but this go system seems to roar. Free delivery over £50.

They're the ones I ordered baitman. Grabbed 2 at that price. Maybe I'll get some Go System for winter use though

Is the Go System that much better?
I'd be tempted to stock up with the Coleman 6 for £22.99 and keep them warm as described on the other thread

This is the last gas I'm ever buying.
After this I will be refilling from a 25kg bottle that's been in the shed for a few years.

I've heard about refilling, some one on here said not to do it under any circumstances as your hand will freeze and fall off but I'm sure most of us on here have been blessed with at least some common sense.
What sort of connector is required?

I have bought a few types but never used them, yet...
I have a connector to fill the coleman type cans, one for the hairspray type cans, and one to transfer from one type of can to the other.
The hard part will be finding them in our ramshackle house
Weigh a full one and write the weight on the base with a sharpie. weigh an empty one and write down the empty weight. Then it's easy to refill with the right weight of gas.
