Looking for 6 foot rod and reel combo recommendations for day sessions on a small lake (1.7 acres). Fish to mid 20lbs.
Have seen AD are doing a Sonik Xtractor+ Carp Rod - Cork Handle for under £35.
Would like to pair it with a Shimano Baitrunner of some sort if possible.
Any other suggestions gents?

I struggled with 3lb 6ft xtractor rods, kept bumping fish off.
Swapped to 2.75 9ft xtractors which for me have been much better and hardly any extra length when packed down.
I've paired with GS4000s which are lovely little reels for smaller waters

Popular rods it seems. Doesnt look like they do the 6ft cork or shrink wrapped in 2.75. Might have to go for the 9's.

I’ve got 6ft and 9ft Scope’s.
Much prefer the 9ft.
The 6ft are very compact but compromised when casting either a light float or lead and when you need a bit more power to turn fish from snags.
I’d go and have a look at them in a tackle shop and compare.

I have 10 foot scopes but the lake im looking at fishing a few day sessions on is only 1.7 acres with an island in the middle so casting will be underarm flicks, which is why i thought a 6 foot rod would be perfect?
