I can’t seem to be able to attach a photo to a PM using my IPad . Any clues / help would be appreciated ,

Have you uploaded the photo to a third part site eg, imgbb and copied the full html code to the pm?

Maybe consider the Premium Membership, makes it very easy to upload pics 👍
