Hi lads,
It seems that mainline don’t sell it anymore and my stock become reduced.
Anybody know what was the sweetening stuff in it ? As i have tried a lot of sweetner : nhdc, saccarine, sucralose, stevia and not one come close to the Sweet-ade !

TBH all the better tasting ones nowadays are thaumatin based.
Not used sweet-ade myself for a long time, They still pop up on ebay sometimes.

Cotswold Baits L.M.P.S.E. has always been my sweetener of choice.

My mate used Cotswold products in the 90 and said to me they were the best thing he used in his bait.
If I remember correctly, he said to me he used perfect plum, tangleberry, chocker and milk B.
I don’t think they are available anymore?

Cotswold baits have had a bit of a resurrection over the last 18 months. Some of the products mentioned are available again. Check out their web site.
