My 55lb Bison will switch on but the speed will only stay on at 1st or 2nd speed. If I turn it up to full speed it doesn’t increase
Also when I run it in reverse the first speed works but the second speed doesn’t??
Any ideas???

Their web chat customer service is pretty good, have you tried them?
Far from a expert but sounds like a speed controller to me cheap enough.
