Has anyone tried one of the camolite hardcase rod holdalls from Fox?
I seem to have amassed quite the collection of camolite luggage because it fits my fox transporter barrow, and it has been doing well so far.
The 4 rod hardcase weighs 4.2kg so it is quite heavy compared to other options, is the protection good and worth the added weight?

I tried a 13ft one and it's not for me, the internal pockets and position of the straps for the rod ends don't suit 12ft 6 rods at all.
It could do with being a tad bigger for 14000 shimano too...
I would have been happy if tiptops fitted in to get around the straps not suiting my rods, but then nothing really fitted at all
Probably could do without the weight anyway, so no great loss

I have the 12ft bag but my reels are the 5500 sized baitrunners so not full-on big pits.
It's a solid construction, the reels fit in comfortably, only wish is there was another pocket on the outside for banksticks i but that is relatively minor.
Mine is still very new, only used a couple of times so can't comment on its longevity, but I have the older style camolite rod bag for my 10ft rods and thats not showing any signs of wear.
