Recently purchased a 48k Powerpack. Issues are:
Only getting 8 to 9 charges of a Samsung android phone.
Last time I used it l did 4 charges, left it a few days and battery pack had discharged.
Also I charged it up a few weeks ago and the battery had almost discharged when I went to use it.

Are these issues normal?

A S24 battery is 4k mah, you'll never get fully the 48k from your power pack, so 8-9 charges from flat sounds about right to me.

The discharging after a few weeks however does not, it should be lasting months. If its L-ion I'd be expecting a lot more from it storage wise.
