I have a harrison arrowflyte 3.6 that needs a new tip ring can anyone recommend where i can get this done please between herts and bedfordshire/northampton

Try your local tackle shop, they will have a contact.

Shaden Fishing Tackle in Luton - they may be able to match and fit the tip ring for you. I’d take the rod in so they can measure the tip diameter.
Probably best ring first.
