Has anyone used any cheap braided mainline that they can recommend?
I need about 2000m and have looked on Amazon at various brands but would rather a recommendation.
Neutral buoyancy would be helpful and I would prefer not to have tow rope although I will be using a boat.
I have just removed 30lb whiplash from my reels which was good and lasted ages so I will buy that again if needed but there are some other braids which are a hell of a lot cheaper than that.

Hercules braid gets good reviews 👍
Got 3200m of Carp spirit sinking braid made by Sufix. Best braid I have ever had and not sure if they made a mistake with the price on Amazon but it cost me only 45 Euros.
So it pays to have a look out for that from time to time. You might get as lucky as me.

Sufix make rally good braid but I haven't used it for years due to the cost.
