Recently picked up a second hand Solar SP C-Tech Mk1 bedchair, it's pretty comfy but can't help wondering if adding a SIM will make it perfect? Any suggestions of what SIM would best fir the chair? I know the Helium 3.8 is a popular choice but not sure if there is anything more suited?

Ha! This is my exact set up with the SIM. I can’t imagine you’d go too far wrong by using any old SIM. You just need a bit of air, not too much and it’s perfectly complimentary.

My advice, find a sim that fits between the frame. If you get a wider one it will ride over the frame creating a u shape and if you sleep in a foetal position with your knees near the bars it might put pressure on your knees.
