These are all I've used for decades. Totally bomb proof, buy with confidence! Probably not the lightest arms around, but I don't know any different, I've been using them that long.

I'll second that. These are the same arms they used on there old Tacklebox Quest net.

Yes! Lovely bow to the arms using both my Cygnet spreader block and Tacklebox spreader block. Obviously depends on the angle of the holes in the spreader block as to how much tension is put on the cord between the poles.
