Anyone know where to get baiting needle needles, without handles? Not the Solar spares, just plain needles, need about 10 to make some custom ones for mates.
I could just strip the handles from some, but surely cheaper if available separately

Dobbins bobbins do some and they are stronger than the solar ones

What type of needles, barbed, crochet, eyed?
Eyed and Crochet you can get off Ebay or just go into the likes of Boyes.
As for Barbed, they are more of a rarity, but, you can make them from using fine wire "Aberdeen hooks" used for sea angling. You just have to remove the bend by straighting them.
For handles, we used to just push them into a cork and glue them as well as "Pin" them through the eye of the hook through the side of the cork
