Are these rods worth anything or have a nostalgic value

Have two of the cork versions. One 3lb one 2.75lb

Not that i know of, However they are probably quite rare.

From memory the first Horizon rods were well known for snapping on casts. I know a few people who still wont go near fox rods for this reason.
